2. What the website offers

The website presents Villa Noor and shows its availability, indicative prices and a form for sending an inquiry. Stays cannot be booked or paid for on the website.

3. An inquiry is not a reservation

Sending an inquiry is free and does not bind you or us. We reply by email. A reservation is made only when we confirm it to you in writing.

Our offer or confirmation sets out the terms of the stay: the final price, deposit and payment, cancellation, arrival and departure times, and house rules. These terms take precedence over the information on the website.

4. Prices and availability

  • Prices are shown in euros and are indicative. The website calculates them from the nightly rates published for the dates you choose. The binding price is the one in our written offer.

  • If a night has no published rate, the price is shown as "On request". A minimum stay may apply to some dates.
  • Availability is updated periodically from our other booking channels, so very recent bookings may not be shown yet. We confirm availability in our reply.
  • We take care to keep information correct. If something on the website is wrong, the information in our written offer applies.

5. Using the inquiry form

When you send an inquiry, you agree:

  • to give truthful information and your own contact details;
  • not to send advertising, spam or automated messages;
  • not to try to bypass the form's protection or disrupt the website.

We are not obliged to answer inquiries that break these rules.

6. Content and photographs

The texts, photographs, logo and design of the website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view them and share links to the website. Copying, publishing or otherwise using them requires our written permission.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content of these websites; their own terms apply.

8. Liability

We prepare the website's content with care, but cannot guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or available without interruption. Photographs and descriptions show the villa as faithfully as possible; the details of a stay are agreed in our written offer.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the website. This does not limit liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health. Nor does it limit any rights consumers have under mandatory law.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you book a stay, please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance does not apply to accommodation for specific dates. This follows from Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in the Croatian Consumer Protection Act. The cancellation terms are set out in our offer.

10. Complaints and applicable law

Send complaints in writing to info@villa-noor.com or to our postal address. We will reply within 15 days of receipt.

Croatian law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of habitual residence. Disputes are decided by the competent court in Croatia; consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence.

11. Languages and changes

These terms are available in Croatian, English and German. If the versions differ, the Croatian version prevails. We publish changes on this page with a new date. They do not affect inquiries already sent or reservations already confirmed.
